Finger millets and carbon mitigation
Finger millet is known for its nutritional goodness and is a rain-fed crop. Thus, finger millet has a dual role to play in food, nutritional security as well as sustainability. In this initiative, we are incorporating concepts of climate-smart agriculture and sustainable farming across smallholder farmers of Karnataka.
